Horizon Legacy Land Partners is raising $3–5 million in developer capital to activate Phase 1 of the Waiehu estate.

Capital will support:

agricultural infrastructure
initial retreat cluster construction
water and land systems development
permitting and professional services
working capital reserves

The 500-acre agricultural reserve remains the foundational asset while this capital activates the 100-acre production core and supporting land uses.
